"Be ye therefore followers of God, as dear children; And walk in love, as Christ also hath loved us, and hath given himself for us…" -Ephesians 5:1-2
"For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power of God. " - 1 Corinthians 1:18

The White Throne Judgement

Pastor Jonathan Cook followed Brother Dixon with a sermon focused on the final judgement using Revelation20:11-15 as his primary text as well as 1st Corinthians 15:24-26, Jude 14-15, Acts 17:31, Daniel 12:2, John 5:28-30 and 6:37, Romans 14:10-12, Psalm 50:1-4, Matthew 25:31-34, Isaiah 49:15-16, Luke 10:18-20, Philippians 4:3, Romans 8:29-30 and Hebrews 9:27-28. He spoke with the intent of rightly dividing the word of truth by differentiating between the judgement which is eternal and that which we deal with daily in this life. He also elaborated on how the child of God will witness the final judgement but not be the object of that judgement for we have already been judged at Calvary, and our names were written in the Book of Life before the foundations of the world were laid.
